Flight Details

Participants are kindly requested to arrive at Frankfurt Airport no later than 09:00 AM on 19 April 2026.

Connecting Flights

Some participants will arrive in Frankfurt via connecting flights from Warsaw, Vilnius, Prague, Vienna, and Munich. Arrival times vary: Some will arrive on the morning of Sunday, 19 April 2026 and others will arrive the afternoon before, on Saturday, 18 April 2026

✈️ Connecting flights – Sunday morning (19 April)
Participants traveling on CONDOR connections on Sunday Morning are kindly asked to request through-check of luggage to Santo Domingo at check-in. For all other airlines, participants may also ask the ground staff to check luggage through to the Dominican Republic. Please note that this cannot be guaranteed for non-CONDOR flights.

🧳 Arrivals on Saturday (18 April)
Participants arriving in Frankfurt the day before are kindly asked not to check luggage through to Santo Domingo. Please collect your luggage in Frankfurt, take it with you to your hotel, and proceed to check-in again on Sunday morning. Flight Option on 18 April 2026 require an overnight stay at Frankfurt Airport. 

Connecting Return Flights after the FAM
For the return journey, connecting flights with CONDOR are arranged after the arrival of the flight from Punta Cana in Frankfurt. The next available CONDOR connecting flights on 27 April 2026 has been booked and added to the original booking to the home airports.

Rail & Fly

Several participants traveling from Germany have received train tickets for April 18 or 19 from their nearest main station to Frankfurt Airport, with return travel on April 27, 2026. These tickets can also be used flexibly on other ICE and train connections to and from Frankfurt Airport, connecting with any railway station in Germany.

Hotel Stay Frankfurt Airport
18/04 / 2026

Several participants will arrive on Saturday, April 18 and stay overnight at the Hilton Frankfurt Airport Hotel. There is no official program scheduled for Saturday evening. Take the time to relax and settle in. Participants of the Ultra Luxury FAM have access to the Club Lounge, with complimentary food and drinks during opening hours. Breakfast will also be available in the lounge. The walk from the hotel to the CONDOR check-in is approximately 10 minutes.

CONDOR Seat Selection 

The CONDOR team has already made all seat allocations in the best possible way in Premium Economy. Please understand that at the time of the group booking in January 2026, when we blocked the available seats in Premium Economy, all window seats were already occupied. CONDOR is also a family-friendly airline, and many guests book their flights and seats several months in advance.

Please accept and respect that special seat requests can no longer be accommodated and fulfilled, as we are not able to add additional window seats or stretch the aircraft.

All available options will be visible during online check-in, 24 hours prior to departure. Please complete your own online check-in and review the available seats. Seat requests can also be made at the CONDOR counter when checking in your luggage.

CONDOR UPDATES
We are in permanent and direct contact with the CONDOR team and will ensure that, as soon as any window seats or exit row seats become available, these seats will be allocated ONLY to participants of the ULTRA LUXURY FAM.

There might be one or two or three upgrades to Business Class available. Nothing is guaranteed, but in case of last-minute availability, we have confirmation that CONDOR Management will allocate these seats in close communication with our team and exclusively to some of our participants.

Please respect that this allocation cannot be influenced by additional emails to the Culturebrand team. We are in direct contact with CONDOR, and if something becomes available, we will manage this opportunity accordingly.

No Visa – but e-Ticket

Nationals of the European Union, the United Kingdom, Canada, the United States of America, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Colombia, and Ecuador are authorized to enter the Dominican Republic with a valid passport that remains valid for the duration of their stay and upon departure. No visa is required for participants of this FAM trip.

Foreign and Dominican passengers entering or departing the Dominican Republic on commercial flights must complete the free electronic entry and exit form, known as the “e-Ticket,” available at https://eticket.migracion.gob.do.

The information about our first hotel in Santo Domingo is needed for the form: “Nicolás de Ovando” Hotel.

We already communicated that and all Participants agreed. Please have a look at the following information and make sure, everything will be smoothly for your exceptional journey to the Dominican Republic:

  • Business Cards
    Please bring a sufficient number of business cards, at least 100 printed cards, for the FAM trip. Please understand and respect that QR codes alone cannot be accepted. Our partners in the Dominican Republic would love to share printed business cards with the participants.

  • Creative and Smart Dress Code
    Luxury is a lifestyle! And we love to embody this throughout the journey together with you. Let’s avoid looking like tourists and instead present ourselves as lifestyle travelers with a sense of creativity.

    Please bring your best lifestyle outfits. Feel free to express yourself, whether it is smart casual, hippie-chic, or simply your own unique interpretation of travel style. White is always a great choice.

    A kind reminder for gentlemen: long trousers are appropriate for all official moments, site visits, the DATE Trade Show, the Minister of Tourism Greeting, and dinners. Shorts with T-shirts are not considered suitable for these occasions.Thank you, and no worries, there will be plenty of free time where shorts are absolutely welcome.

    Exclusive dinner at the famous and exclusive JAGUA Restaurant at ZEMI, followed by the ULTRA LUXURY WHITE NIGHT by the beach, with beautiful surprises. The final night of the ULTRA LUXURY FAM.

    Please make sure to pack your best white outfits for these occasions.

  • Travel Insurance
    Participants are kindly reminded that the organizers of this FAM trip have not arranged travel insurance. It is each participant’s personal responsibility to obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover any potential incidents, including baggage loss or illness.

  • Acknowledgement of Media Recording and Consent
    Participants acknowledge that professional photos, videos, and recordings will be taken during this FAM trip for use in social media and other publications. Participants confirm their awareness of this and give their consent to appear in such recordings.
