Connecting Flights

We are pleased to offer complimentary connecting flights with CONDOR from the following cities: Berlin and Hamburg to Frankfurt on the morning of 19 April 2026 and connecting flights from Prague or Munich or Vienna or Berlin to Frankfurt on Saturday, 18 April 2026.

Flight Option on 18 April 2026 requires an overnight stay at Frankfurt Airport. Checked luggage to Frankfurt and new luggage check in on the morning of 19 April 2026-

Connecting Flights after the FAM
For the return journey, connecting flights with CONDOR can also be arranged after the arrival of the flight from Punta Cana in Frankfurt. The next available CONDOR connecting flights on 27 April 2026 will be added to the original booking to the cities Berlin / Hamburg / Prague / Munich / Vienna.

Please review the flight times and decide whether you wish to accept the connecting flight option. In the unlikely event of a delay on the connecting flight, it may affect the ability to reach the main flight from Frankfurt to Santo Domingo.

As CONDOR does not operate flights from all home airports of our participants, we kindly ask for your understanding that complimentary connecting flights can only be offered from the cities listed above.

Rail & Fly

We are currently discussing with CONDOR the optional integration of a Rail & Fly option into your flight booking. This would include an ICE train ticket from any railway station in Germany to Frankfurt Airport for the following price: 59,99 EUR (1. Class ICE Ticket for one way, return 119,98 EUR for both ways) or 34,99 EUR (2. Class ICD Ticket for one way, return 69,98 EUR). The Rail & Fly ticket may also be used one day prior to departure, on Saturday, 18 April 2026. After the return flight and arrival on Monday, 27 April 2026, the Rail & Fly ticket may also be used for ICE and other train connections from Frankfurt Airport train station to any railway station in Germany.

To ensure a smooth start and avoid any delays, we highly recommend arriving in Frankfurt on the evening of 18 April 2026 and staying overnight at the Hilton Frankfurt Airport Hotel.

We’ve secured a special rate at the Hilton Frankfurt Airport Hotel for the night of 18 April 2026 to 19 April 2026, exclusively for the FAM participants. This is not a complimentary option. The reduced room rate is 159,00 EUR. Our team will arrange the room reservation on your behalf, and you will receive a confirmation from the hotel. The stay will be including buffet breakfast and free access to the Club Lounge, where complimentary food and drinks are available during opening hours. Relaxed welcome drinks drink will be arranged in the Hilton Club Lounge from 7:00 pm onwards for participants staying at the Hilton Frankfurt Airport Hotel. Breakfast is also available in the Club Lounge.

No Visa – but e-Ticket

Nationals of the European Union, the United Kingdom, Canada, the United States of America, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Colombia, and Ecuador are authorized to enter the Dominican Republic with a valid passport that remains valid for the duration of their stay and upon departure. No visa is required for participants of this FAM trip.

Foreign and Dominican passengers entering or departing the Dominican Republic on commercial flights must complete the free electronic entry and exit form, known as the “e-Ticket,” available at https://eticket.migracion.gob.do. The form can be completed as soon as flight confirmations are available.
