Flight Frankfurt – Santo Domingo: 11:10 AM – 17:00 PM

Participants should arrive by 09:00 AM at Frankfurt Airport.

We’ve secured a special rate at the Hilton Frankfurt Airport Hotel for the night of May 10 to 11, 2025, exclusively for the FAM participants. The reduced rate is EUR 137.00 per room, including buffet breakfast and access to the Club Lounge, where complimentary food and drinks are available during cocktail hours.

Upon flight arrival, a VIP welcome is provided at Santo Domingo International Airport.
Participants are then transferred to the beautiful “Kimpton La Mercedes” in Santo Domingo, where accommodation and dinner have been arranged. After Dinner: Cocktails & Rooftop-Bar-Visit.

Lunch at the amazing “Casas del XVI” restaurant in the heart of Santo Domingo’s historic old town.
Afternoon: Transfer to La Romana and check-in at the iconic “Casa de Campo Resort.”
Cocktails & Dinner at Minitas Beach Club at Casa de Campo with the Management Team.

13.05.2025 Luxury Experience & Show-Round at Casa de Campo with Sports Activities (Golf or Horse-Riding), Beach Time, Lunch and Dinner and VIP Discovery. Second Night in Casa de Campo Resort.

Early Afternoon Transfer to Punta Cana.
Check in and stay at the brand-new St. Regis Cap Cana Hotel (opening May 1, 2025)
18:00 – 20:00 PM: Opening Ceremony DATE 2025 Travel Show

09:30 AM – 15:00 PM : Visit of the DATE 2025 Travel Show Market Place featuring Minister’s Greetings
16:30 PM – “Golden Caribbean” – A Sunset Yacht Cruise Experience
2nd Night in Punta Cana. The group is accommodated across two hotels: Stay in the “Tortuga Bay Resort Punta Cana” and “EDEN ROC Cap Cana.”

Transfer to Samaná, with lunch on the way at the brand-new “W Punta Cana Hotel”.

2-night stay featuring a full program of wellbeing and wellness experiences at the Dominican Republic’s premier wellness resort: “Cayo Levantado”, a private island sanctuary in Samaná.

Transfer to Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ)

21:35 PM – 12:45 PM +1 (Arrival Frankfurt on the 19th of May, 2025)

Participants at LE MIAMI 2025 are able to get flexible return flights from the Dominican Republic to Frankfurt after the LE Miami Show (24th of May 2025 or later). Please note that the short-haul flights between Santo Domingo and Miami and return to Santo  Domingo (operated by American Airlines) are not covered as part of this FAM Trip.

Participation Fee

The Participant Fee for this familiarization trip to the Dominican Republic is EUR 480.00 plus 19% tax.

Payment should be made within 5 days following final confirmation. Participants will receive an invoice. Please note that the participant fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, regardless of the reasons for any inability to attend or other circumstances leading to cancellation.
