Participants should arrive by 09:00 AM at Frankfurt Airport.

We’ve secured a special rate at the Hilton Frankfurt Airport Hotel for the night of May 10 to 11, 2025, exclusively for the FAM participants. The reduced rate is EUR 137.00 per room, including buffet breakfast and access to the Club Lounge, where complimentary food and drinks are available during cocktail hours.

Upon flight arrival, a VIP welcome is provided at Santo Domingo International Airport.
Participants are then transferred to the beautiful Kimpton La Mercedes in Santo Domingo, where accommodation and dinner have been arranged.

Participants at LE MIAMI 2025 are able to get flexible return flights from the Dominican Republic to Frankfurt after the LE Miami Show (24th of May 2025 or later). Please note that the short-haul flights between Santo Domingo and Miami and return to Santo  Domingo (operated by American Airlines) are not covered as part of this FAM Trip.

Participation Fee

The Participant Fee for this familiarization trip to the Dominican Republic is EUR 480.00 plus 19% tax.

Payment should be made within 5 days following final confirmation. Participants will receive an invoice. Please note that the participant fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, regardless of the reasons for any inability to attend or other circumstances leading to cancellation.
