Participants should arrive by 09:00 AM and not later at Frankfurt Airport.

We’ve secured a special rate at the Hilton Frankfurt Airport Hotel for the night of 18 April 2026 to 19 April 2026, exclusively for the FAM participants. The reduced rate will be sent to the invited participants with the final conformation after checking references and status. The stay will be including buffet breakfast and access to the Club Lounge, where complimentary food and drinks are available during cocktail hours. We recommend an overnight-stay in this Airport Hotel to make sure to reach our flight to Santo Domingo.

Upon flight arrival, a VIP welcome is provided at Santo Domingo International Airport.
Participants are then transferred to our beautiful Hotel in the newly restored Colonial Zone in Santo Domingo, where accommodation and dinner have been arranged. After Dinner: Cocktails & Rooftop-Bar-Visit. It will b a wonderful and cultural Stay in Santo Domingo to discover the most beautiful cultural Capital in The Caribbean.

A two-night stay featuring an experiential program of wellbeing, beach experiences, watersports, curated wellness sessions, and the nature discovery of the Dominican Republic’s emerging number one destination: Miches. Accommodation will be in the Ultra Luxury Suite Collection “CLUB AZURE” at the Premium Resort ZEMI Miches, Curio Collection by Hilton.

Participation Fee

The Participant Fee for this familiarization trip to the Dominican Republic is EUR 480.00 plus 19% tax.

Participants will receive an invoice. Payment should be made within 5 days following final confirmation. Please note that the participant fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, regardless of the reasons for any inability to attend or other circumstances leading to cancellation.
