The Travel Leader Program is a high-end travel & tourism event in Saigon, tailored for travel professionals with a sense for designing excellent travel and event programs. The Program immerses you in key networking events, set in the vibrant heartbeat of Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) during the ITE HCMC 2023 Travel Show. The Travel Leader Program goes beyond standards – it’s an intensive journey through a series of standout experiences, including exclusive events, VIP treatment, and specially organized post-show tours through Vietnam’s beautiful landscapes. Adding to the value, the program ensures four nights of luxury accommodation in Vietnam and provides substantial financial support towards your airfare. During the travel show week, you’ll have the chance to participate in stimulating conversations focused on the newest trends reshaping luxury travel in Asia.

Benefits as Hosted Buyer
Your journey will begin with an international flight (Economy Class) with Vietnam Airlines, taking you to the Tân Sơn Nhất International Airport (SGN) in Ho Chi Minh City. Departures are available from various cities in Europe, including London, Frankfurt, and Paris. For additional international departure airports, kindly refer to the Vietnam Airlines website.
- Upon arrival, you’ll be accommodated for four nights in one of Ho Chi Minh City’s official hotels. Transfers from Tân Sơn Nhất International Airport to the official hotels will be provided, though please note that this service is available on show days only. We also offer daily transfers from the official hotels to the travel show venue, official activities, and evening events.
- At the ITE HCMC Travel Show 2023, you’ll have the opportunity to engage in three days of direct negotiations with premier tourism service providers from Southeast Asia. In addition to the show, there will be various networking events to attend.
- During the event, you will be treated to exquisite catering experiences each day. We also provide inspiring and visionary workshops geared towards the new generation of travel designers and MICE professionals.
- If you’re interested, there’s the option to participate in spectacular post-tours within Vietnam.
- As a Hosted Buyer, you can expect to have 15 or more professional appointments per day.
Registering as a Hosted Buyer for ITE HCMC 2023 involves a two-step process:
We invite you to register for Vietnam’s ITE HCMC 2023 Travel Show. Please note that the approval and verification process will take up to two weeks. We will notify you once you’re confirmed for our Travel Leader Program in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Following confirmation, a personalized registration link will be created for you to finalize your participation and share your flight details.
Upon final approval from the hosting team, you will receive an official invitation letter as a Hosted Buyer for ITE HCMC 2023 in Vietnam. Please be aware that flights will only be booked following the final Hosted Buyer confirmation and payment of the registration fees.
- All qualified Hosted Buyers who receive approval are required to pay a US$150 Registration Fee along with a deposit of US$350, which serves as a Performance Bond. Upon successful completion of their scheduled meetings at the show, the Performance Bond of US$350 is refunded to the Hosted Buyers.

Please note that involvement in MICE projects (incentive tours, conferences, meetings, events, corporate business travel) or FIT travel business in Asia is a prerequisite for prospective hosted buyers. The Travel Leader Program in Vietnam is more than just an inspirational familiarization trip. We welcome international buyers who have substantive travel and MICE business interests in Southeast Asia. We would like to emphasize that we can only consider applications from those buyers who have specific travel projects in South-East Asia. Consequently, we are unable to consider interested buyers who do not yet have travel business in Southeast Asia and are merely intrigued by the region.
